Materials:
Magnesium flakes: I use these
Distilled water
Pot
Glass jar with the lid or glass spray bottle
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Once boiling, stir in 1 cup of magnesium flakes.
When all the flakes have dissolved in the water (should only take a 10-15 seconds) remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
Once cooled, pour into a glass jar or spray bottle with a lid and store in a cool dark place.
How to use:
At night, spray onto your legs, stomach, and feet and rub in with a cotton pad.
You don’t have to wash it off, but if your don’t like the tacky feeling wait at least 15 -20 minutes to rinse off with water so that your skin can absorb it.
If you’re magnesium deficient (you probably are), start with extremely small dosages and work you way up. Spraying a lot on your skin at once is going to cause itching and burning and it will be comfortable.
